You are being asked to participate as a volunteer in a dip – stick survey conducted by New Vision Training & Consultancy who aspires to offer a training programme in Security Management at Certificate, Diploma and Degree Level.

This study is designed to gather information that will assist us to gather views/insights that will assist us see their level of correlation/connection/link with the needs of industry.

You will be one of approximately 250 respondents participating in this study.

1. Your participation imposes no obligation for you or your Organisation to take up any of the courses.

2. If you decline to participate in or choose to not complete the questionnaire, the researcher will not inform anyone of your decision, and no foreseeable negative consequences will result.

3.  Completing the questionnaire will require approximately 20 minutes.

4. The researcher will not identify you by name in any report using information obtained from your questionnaire; your confidentiality as a participant in this study will remain secure. Subsequent uses of data generated by this questionnaire will protect the anonymity of all individuals.
